These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of shopherbmeds.com and purchases from HerbMeds (“HerbMeds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully, provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us, and not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to transmit harmful or fraudulent material. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect the store, customers, or site.

Products and product information

We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by screen and product details may change. Product information on this website is for general and educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read the product listing and label before use and consult a qualified health professional when appropriate. Do not use a product in a way that conflicts with its label or professional advice.

Prices, orders, and payment

Prices, availability, and offered products may change. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, an order contains an error, payment is not confirmed, or we reasonably suspect fraud; if payment was captured for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund through the payment provider. Payment is processed by PayPal under its terms and privacy practices. An order is accepted for processing after payment is confirmed.

Shipping and order questions

Shipping options and charges shown during checkout are based on the destination and package details entered and the available carrier rate information at that time. Carrier rates, services, and delivery estimates may change. We use the shipping address entered at checkout to fulfill the order. Intellectual property

Website text, images, branding, and other site content are owned by HerbMeds or used with permission. You may view and use the site for personal shopping and inquiry purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit site content without written permission, except where law permits.

Disclaimers and limits

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, HerbMeds disclaims implied warranties for the website and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from site use or a delay outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, retained, and shared.

Promotional emails and discount codes

Newsletter signup requires your consent. A unique welcome code is issued once per email address and can be redeemed once on a one-time product order. Rotating newsletter codes are valid only during the period stated in the email, apply to product subtotal, and do not reduce shipping. Codes cannot be combined with other discounts. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in a promotional email.

Customer accounts

Customer accounts use Auth0 for sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure and for keeping saved profile and shipping information accurate. A customer account does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email. You can update or remove your saved shipping address from your account.

Internal paid-order email alerts

When PayPal confirms an order as paid, HerbMeds sends the store owner a transactional email with details needed to process and ship the order. Customers do not receive or enroll in these internal alerts. HerbMeds does not send SMS order alerts. The alert may include a time-limited link to print an invoice or shipping label. Subscribe & Save

Eligible products may be ordered automatically every month or every three months at 10% off the item price. PayPal will display the recurring total and charge the payment method authorized by the customer on the schedule selected. USPS shipping is quoted when the subscription is created; that quoted shipping amount remains fixed for that subscription’s renewals. The customer may manage or cancel the automatic payment in PayPal under Automatic Payments. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal. PayPal processes recurring payments and sends its own payment notices.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to herbmeds1@gmail.com.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Texas, without displacing consumer protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
