Paid Order Alerts

When PayPal confirms a payment, HerbMeds sends an internal transactional email to the store owner so the order can be processed and shipped. Customers do not receive or enroll in these alerts.

The email may contain the order number and total, customer name and email, shipping address, items, shipping service, and a time-limited link to print an invoice or shipping label. The alert is sent to the owner at herbmeds1@gmail.com.

HerbMeds does not send SMS order alerts or use this notification for marketing. Resend processes the email for delivery. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
