HerbMeds does not accept returns or exchanges. This policy applies to all products, including body care, teas, herbal preparations, oils, and gift sets. Please review each product’s description, ingredients, size, and directions before placing an order.

Order concerns

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us at herbmeds1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us review it. Please contact us before sending anything; unapproved packages may not be accepted.

HerbMeds does not provide refunds for a change of mind, scent preference, or ordering mistake. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
